Summer youth ministries change lives, through faith, new relationships, and new experiences. The CLC Youth Committee is excited to offer a survey to decide what to offer in this summer. Please fill out this survey by Wednesday October 29. Two of the choices of camps often fill in November so we need to decide fast and get spots reserved. Thanks for helping!
The prices listed are pre-fundraising. There will be a $100 fee non-refundable per youth and our goal is to raise the additional fees through fundraising.
If your household would benefit from a scholarship, each camp offers scholarships, and youth are welcome to apply directly to the camp for a scholarship to offset the total amount due.

Summer Opportunities to Consider
Youth in grades 7-12 will be offered a summer trip and we will plan according to your feedback. Please read the descriptions and dates below and indicate your interest. The dates are limited by when the organizations offer programs for specific ages.
Serve Boldly is a ministry of Green Lake Lutheran Ministries and provides youth the opportunity to accompany and serve their neighbor while deepening an understanding of God’s presence in their lives. From their website, "Our Lutheran identity guides every aspect ofr organization. Our call to serve comes from a deep Lutheran passion to love our neighbors. Our programing, worship, themes, and devotions all reflect a Lutheran theology centered on the grace and love of God."

Klein Ranch, Lutherans Outdoors in South Dakota
Klein Ranch is located on the prairie of South Dakata and here campers don’t just experience summer camp—they embark on a transformative journey of faith, adventure, and personal growth. Nestled in the rugged beauty of the South Dakota prairie, Klein Ranch is a place where self-confidence soars, friendships deepen, and faith comes alive. Small groups allow campers to benefit from personalized attention while building strong connections with mentors, peers, and the land. Whether caring for horses, exploring the open prairie, or deepening their faith, every moment at Klein Ranch is an opportunity to grow in leadership, responsibility, and resilience.

Boundary Waters Wilderness Area
This year we will enter the BWCAW on Lake Sagana and experience a wilderness camping experience that offers a site with excellent fishing, swimming, food, and opportunities to read and relax. Rich Kincaid and Pastor Kris will lead this trip. The first night we will sleep in a bunkhouse and the next day be towed by boat to an island where we will begin the canoe portion of the trip. (Lake Sagana is a large lake). We will have a satellite phone so we are always within contact if an emergency develops. This trip is limited to 7 youth or additional adult leaders.

Good Earth Village has not yet advertised camp dates. They do offer a confirmation camp in June that we could attend as a church group.
